Corfinio, Abruzzo- Agricola Estroversa is a project that was born in the midst of a pandemic from the idea of two friends, Antonio and Gianluca, the first an oenologist, the second a restaurateur.
And so they found an opportunity, a 35-year-old vine that had been rented out, practically abandoned, a forest of practically two hectares that cost the two of them months of effort, but now they can enjoy it to the full.
Added to this are another two hectares of Montepulciano owned by Gianluca.
The company's idea is to propose clean and sustainable wines. Hence viticulture without the use of systemic chemistry and vinification with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in open vats, without clarification or filtration.
