We are in Galicia, in the Ribeiro area, where we find an Atlantic climate with acid and limestone soils. Here, three friends, Diego, Fito and Anxo, decided to produce wine following the dictates of biodynamic agriculture; thus, in 2005 they founded "Cume do Avia", the first vintage is extremely recent, in 2013. The vines cultivated are those typical of the area: Treixadura Loureira and Torrontes among the white grapes. Caino tinto and Brancellao among the red grapes.
Almost all the wines are aged only in stainless steel in order to emphasise the marked freshness that comes from the Atlantic influence. In fact, the great drinkability is the main characteristic of the wines of Cume do Avia.
