Scherwillerm, Alsace Yves Dietrich and his sons Pierre and Jean have created a true microcosm, unique and infectious. Yves is in charge of the vineyard, Jean takes care of the cellar and Pierre the commercial side. In 1991, Yves decided to take over the family farm, which he converted to organic in 1999 before the big leap into the biodynamic world in 2003. In 2017, a bioclimatic wine cellar was created inside the largest thatched building in Europe, shared with Domaine Jean Paul Schmitt. The estate has 18 hectares and the wines are precise and direct, engaging and crisp.
