Sylvain Fadat created the Domaine d'Aupilhac in 1989, but his family has been making wine for at least five generations; at the time, fruit and vegetables were also produced.
Since 1992, the winery has only been involved in viticulture, with a natural approach and a consensus that has grown over the years.
