Vézelay, Burgundy We are located in the south of Chablis, an area that was devastated by phylloxera, and unlike other areas, vines were only replanted here in 1970, the AOC Vezelay only arriving in 1997 Domaine de la Cadette is located in Vezelay, a small medieval village, almost halfway between Paris and Dijon. The terroir is characterised by soils rich in chalk and limestone that make the wines subtle and mineral. It is an organic estate with vines that are about 30 years old.
