The grapes come from two hectares of vines planted between 2006, 2011, 2015 and 2017. Vinification in terracotta amphorae barrels (jarre) for 15 months, it is not filtered and involves a small addition of pre- bottling. White flowers then different variations of Apple, with citrus and tropical notes, wet straw and honey. Extraordinary minerality with chalk as the protagonist. Vinified in 450 liter tonneaux. Always refines in wood on the yeasts for a year. White flowers then fresh fruit and citrus fruits, very mineral, stony and with hints of straw and honey. Very fresh, full-bodied but agile, savory and elegant, mineral with a long and honeyed finish

Before embarking on his winemaking career in 2001, Frantz worked as a forest ranger in Canada and France.

Then, as mentioned, in 2001, he was struck on the road to MontLouis and decided to buy a small plot of 3 hectares of vineyard.

Since then Frantz has established himself as one of the best producers in the entire Loire, doubling the hectares of his property, now 6 and significantly refining the production technique, now truly enviable but still with a natural and scarcely interventionist approach.
