What is Apewineboxes? Apewineboxes is the leading store selling wine boxes of artisanal, natural or biodynamic wines.
We foresee three routes
LE CANTINE, a box-full immersion of a single cellar among the hundreds that we present in the shop
WINE ROUTES, a box that tells you about a territory or a grape variety
BLIND BOXES, a totally blind box, by subscription you just have to tell us how often you prefer to receive it.
The bottles in the Boxes may vary according to the availability of our suppliers' stock.
We don't want to be just another market place, it is our ambition to be a (virtual) place where users spend time, reading the articles in the Magazine or scrolling through the videos in the Multimedia area.

How are the wines offered for sale on Apewineboxes.com chosen?
The products we offer are the result of a meticulous selection process, also in the laboratory, in order to offer you wines that are genuine, low in sulphur dioxide and added sugars; they come from wineries that do not use chemicals in the vineyard, that have a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach.

Absolutely not. No wine offered for sale on Apewineboxes.com will incur costs from the producers/distributors for publication.

How can I change my login information (email, password, etc.)?
Just click on your account that you can find in the top right corner of the site header. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you will be able to modify what you prefer. If you want to cancel your account write us to info@apewineboxes.com

Can I cancel an order I have placed?
After an order has been placed and sent it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had any problems during the purchase, please write to info@apewineboxes.com and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

I have received a bottle that is damaged or that I don't like: how can I return it and be reimbursed?
We use the best (and most expensive) Safe Boxes on the market. In addition, our courier service is very careful to handle packages sent by Apewineboxes to its members with care. If for some reason one or more bottles have arrived at your address damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at support@apewineboxes.com and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will get back to you as soon as possible. In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage so as to avoid similar problems in the future. If the wine is not to your liking, please read our conditions of sale in the paragraph dedicated to the return of goods.

Can I change my delivery address for my parcel?
Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If, however, you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on your name that you find at the top right in the header of the site. From there you will have access to the panel of your personal data and you will be able to modify what you prefer.

What type of payment method can I use on Apewineboxes?
You can use Paypal or the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay). We also accept bank transfer, in which case the order will be suspended until the amount is credited to Apewineboxes' account.

Are my details safe when I make a payment?
With Apewineboxes you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the highest degree of privacy.

What is the credit card CVV code?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.

I have a Coupon code but don't know how to use it!
Coupons are gift cards, discount codes generated by the site or issued by the customer service as a result of customer feedback; the Coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or Coupons. The discount code in your possession should be entered on the summary page (where you have a list of all the bottles). To your right, below the total, you can see the words "I have a coupon". Clicking on it will open the space to enter it. Write there your code and press the "plus" to activate it, when the page will be updated you will see the words "The coupon code "XXXX" has been applied." and the total order will be reversed of the value of the coupon itself. At this point you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. I remind you that you can only use one coupon per order.

I requested an invoice but I couldn't find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
If you requested the invoice at the time of purchase, enter your profile, next to the orders you will find the invoice to download in PDF. WARNING: Invoices are issued 10 days after the shipment of your purchase. Check the date of your order in order to download the relative invoice.

What is the shipping time for my package?
Shipping times depend on the wines you have chosen. If all the products in your shopping cart are "ready for delivery", your order will be shipped within 48/72 working hours.
By subscribing to the subscription you will be able to schedule your shipment and receive your box(es) on the day indicated.
The service renews automatically but you can cancel for free whenever you want.

Can Apewineboxes ship internationally?
Yes, you can check the Terms and Conditions for sales rates in countries where we require a minimum order.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Certainly. Inside your personal panel, in the "Orders" section, you can follow the path of your package, from the manufacturer to your home.

Does my wine taste corked?
Although it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it can happen that your wine tastes corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to customerservice@apewineboxes.com and we will take immediate action; the bottle must retain at least 3/4 of its contents. Refunds or replacements cannot be made without the bottle.

Terms and conditions of sale for items in the category "Luxury Wine Boxes".
For bottles within the Luxury Wine Boxes category, no replacement requests or complaints are accepted. Each bottle has had its own history of preservation and has been checked before sale by the Apewineboxes.com Team. However, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. The sale of these bottles is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause.
