Ardea (Rome) I Chicchi was born in 2011, and can count on 2.5 hectares of land, one of which is abundant, planted with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small part with Grenache. Thanks also to interesting encounters with pioneers of the caliber of Carlo Noro and Michele Lorenzetti, biodynamics is practiced in the vineyard, capable of increasing soil fertility and creating harmony and balance between plants, animals, insects and, obviously, human beings. The awareness is that of being able to raise the plants as if they were children, leaving a legacy of the quality of the terroir and the products that are obtained!
