Malaparte
We are located in Cuellar, 60 km north of Segovia, in the region of Castilla y Leon. The climate is continental, quite cold in winter and hot in summer, with an average altitude of around 900 metres above sea level. The temperature swings are considerable and between the highest and lowest peaks sometimes reach 50 degrees throughout the year. The area is marked by limestone and sandy presences covered by pine forests. Here Ruben and Elisa have decided to cultivate Tempranillo, Syrah and Garnacha. For years they have launched a crowd-funding project with the aim of recovering old vineyards, called Uvas Nomadas.
