20% is pressed directly in steel, another 20% ages for 7 months in exhausted barrels, 60% macerates for 4 weeks in Acacia. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, without filtering, clarification and added sulphur. Pot pourri of dark petaled flowers, red fruit jam, iodine note and spices such as black pepper and cinnamon. Fresh and decidedly light, excellent drinkability, polite, savory and persistent tannins.
Arbois Go Together Blanc 2019, Melon de Bourgogne 90, Chardonnay and Savagnin 10%
30% of the mass is pressed directly in steel, 40% macerates for 4 weeks in Acacia, the remaining 30% ages for 6 months in exhausted barrels. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, without filtering, clarification and sulfur addition. Flowers and wild grass, fresh fruit and tropical fruit, mineral and spicy notes. Fresh and satisfying on the palate, light and elegant, tasty and with a long and round finish
Fresh Impressions Rouge 2020, Gamay 90% Poulsard 10%
Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, 20% of the mass undergoes carbonic maceration, 80% steel. No added sulfur nor filtrations or clarifications. Patrice Beguet, Ancenis
Patrice Beguet is a very young producer who founded Domaine Huges-Beguet in 2010.
The company consists of 4 hectares planted with Arbois and Arbois Pupillin in which Savagnin is the most cultivated among the whites and Ploussard is the most cultivated among the reds.
His wines are incredibly mature, full of character and typical and take their name from his passion for Jazz.
Thanks to his friendship with the Landron family he creates new labels in Ancenis, in the Loire Valley, which take the name of Big Bunch Theory
