Pavlov, Czech Republic
The company was founded in 2016 by two friends, Dominika and Ivo, who wanted to produce their own wine to label.
Plener is spread over 5 hectares on the Pavlov plateau in Moravia, in an area with an ancient wine tradition, much closer to Vienna than to Prague.
The soil is calcareous clay and the climate is moderately warm and dry, thanks in part to the winds from the nearby Pannonian Plain, which crosses seven countries.
Their aim is to enhance their terroir while preserving the environment surrounding the estate, and they do this with great quality
