Scansano, Grossetto After years of experience as winegrowers in Puglia, Umberto and Bernardo Valle, two brothers, bought about 10 hectares of vineyards in the Scansano area in 1998 and founded Poggio Trevvalle. Today it is Umberto who runs the winery, producing fragrant, juicy wines naturally and without clarification or filtration. The wines of Poggio Trevvalle are characterised by their drinkability and light-heartedness, they are delicious and decidedly gastronomic.
