The company breeds native varieties that are the result of a historical and cultural contamination that has its roots in Magna Graecia: Nero di Troia, Bombino, Greco, Falanghina, Negramaro and Aleatico above all.
The non-interventionist approach in the cellar does the rest. What is indicated on all the labels are the atomic number (20) and the atomic weight (40.08) of thechemical element of calcium (Ca)

L’uva proviene da un territorio caratterizzato da sassi bianchi di origine Kimmeridgiana e da sottosuolo calcareo, fermenta spontaneamente per 6 giorni in tini di acciaio con pressatura immediata e senza controllo della temperatura. Affina poi 6 mesi in vasche d’acciaio, non viene filtrato.
