Castel Arquato(PC)
The company was founded in 1935, and is now run by Ermanno Croci and his son Massimiliano.
Massimiliano strongly wanted to direct production towards a high quality, natural product that represented the tradition of Piacenza wines.
Croci's aim is to produce wines that are genuine and identifiable, that enhance the territory and therefore respect it. The winery has become a point of reference for experimentation and research, aimed at discovering new methods of vinification and refinement of local grapes.

Macerates in cement in contact with the skins for 14 days then matures 8 months in cement and 18 months in wood.
On the nose, hints of dark flowers and berries, of undergrowth and puffs of tobacco and cloves
Perfect marriage and balance between acidity and tannin, which counterbalance the softness of the structure.

E’ un vino che anche a distanza di quasi 10 anni mantiene un afreschezza incredibile, segno tangibile di una giovinezza prolungata, beato lui!
