Before embarking on his wine career in 2001, Frantz worked as a forest ranger in Canada and France.
Then, as we said, in 2001, came the thunderbolt on the road to MontLouis and decided to buy a small plot of 3 hectares of vines.
Since then, Frantz has established himself as one of the best producers in the Loire region, doubling the number of hectares on his estate, now 6, and significantly refining his production technique, which is now truly enviable, but still with a natural, non-interventionist approach.

The wine is bottled when fermentation is not yet complete and therefore with residual sugars. The yeasts still present carry it through to the end in the bottle, producing the carbon dioxide that makes the wine petillant. Degorgement is not carried out.
Pleasantly fburpy and floral, with fresh notes of elderberry and delicious minerality
The taste is a delight, fresh and lively, clean and tickling.
Temperatura di servizio 8°-10°
Perfetto con un tagliere di Formaggi di varia stagionatura
Super dissetante, da berne a vagonate
