Yield 60 Q/ha, maceration in steel for approximately 50 days, then refinement in steel for 3 months, subsequently in non-first passage barriques for 6/8

Cipriano 2018 Sagrantino di Montefalco, Sagrantino

Yield 50 Q/ha, maceration in steel for 20 days, then steel for 3 months, barrique for 24 months and bottle for 6 months
