Aestas Siciliae Passito 2022 Cos

Aestas Siciliae Passito is a sweet wine produced by Azienda Agricola Cos in Vittoria, Sicily, and obtained from 100% Moscato grapes, harvested manually. The grapes are left to dry on racks and are vinified in concrete, after which they refine for a year before bottling. Aestas Siciliae Passito has hints of candied fruit and citrus jam, floral and almost balsamic notes, a lot of minerality. In the mouth it is pure pleasure, very balanced between softness and freshness, to try with Sicilian cannoli!
