Agricola Estroversa is a project born in the middle of the pandemic from the idea of ​​two friends, Antonio and Gianluca, the first a winemaker, the second a restaurateur.
And so they found the opportunity, a 35-year-old vine for rent, practically abandoned, a forest of practically two hectares which cost the two months of effort, but now they can enjoy it to the full.
Added to this are another 2 hectares of Montepulciano owned by Gianluca.
The company idea is to offer clean and sustainable wines. Hence viticulture without the use of systemic chemistry and winemaking with spontaneous fermentations using native yeasts in open vats, without clarification or filtration.
