🛁 Harvested by hand, spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 25 days, aged in steel for 12 months then 6 months in the bottle.

👅 Soft and round but always fresh on the palate, thick, full-bodied and elegant with barely noticeable tannins and a consistent finish

Ripalimosani, Molise
A living organism of 220 hectares, one of the largest farms in Molise, set among green hills, used for vineyards, olive groves, woods and pastures.
The hilly areas are located at altitudes of up to 750 metres, an ideal terroir for growing vines, thanks to the exposure, ventilation and wide temperature range.
In 2009 the first vines were planted and in 2011 the first harvest; currently the annual production is about 15000 bottles of Tintilia, Trebbiano and various international varieties.
