Antoine Petitprez is an experienced biodynamic winemaker, and his grapes come from plots between Pommard and Puligny Montrachet, the soil is calcareous clay and the vines have an average age of 30 years.
Before trying his hand at winemaking, Antoine travelled between California and Canada, between Burgundy and Languedoc Roussillon, where he was able to gain the right experience to complement his oenology degree.
The company's idea of wine is strongly natural, with one eye on respect for the environment and the other on the quality of its wine
