Taurasi 2015, Aglianico
The Taurasi, 100% pure Aglianico grapes, grown in rays, produced strictly according to the indications dictated by the specification. The grapes mature for 40% in barriques for 12 months 60% in large 80 Hl barrels for 18 months. The two masses are then blended and remain until the completion of maturation in cement followed by refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Donna Grazia Campi Taurasini 2017, Aglianico
The Donna Grazia Campi taurasini, as the Taurasi an Aglianico to 100% in purity, raised to cordon spur, fermentation takes place in steel, the maturation is carried out for 50% cement for 12 months 50% in large barrels of 80 Hl for 12 months. The two masses are combined in cement where they mature for another 12 months.
