🛁 Dosaggio Zero is produced with grapes from the terraced vineyards of Montorfano, adjacent to the winery's headquarters, and from the vineyards of Capriolo. The ancient and iron soils of Montorfano characterize this wine with minerality and sapidity that add to the richness of the grapes that are harvested at a perfect phenological maturity. It is the only Franciacorta that is produced by the company every year, harvest after harvest. Maturation on the lees for a minimum of 30 months. Matured in bottle after disgorging for at least four months.

Coccaglio (BS)
Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.
The cellar is built into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.
The grapes mostly cultivated in a natural way are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, in addition to Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangivoese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.
The sparkling wines of Arcari and Danesi are characterised by their great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
