Franciacorta Dosage Zero is a classic method sparkling wine produced by Arcari and Danedi in Coccaglio, in the province of Brescia. It is made from Chardonnay grapes with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, these come from the Montorfano and Vigne di Capriolo vineyards. It ages 30 months on the lees and matures for at least another 4 months in the bottle before release. Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero displays delicate notes of white flowers and fresh fruit, the sip is creamy and elegant. It is the company signature, ideal with tempura of courgette flowers or codfish

🛁 Dosaggio Zero is produced with grapes from the terraced vineyards of Montorfano, adjacent to the winery's headquarters, and from the vineyards of Capriolo. The ancient and iron soils of Montorfano characterise this wine with minerality and sapidity that add to the richness of the grapes, which are harvested at a perfect phenological maturity. It is the only Franciacorta that is produced by the estate every year, harvest after harvest. Maturation on the lees for a minimum of 30 months and bottle ageing after disgorging for at least four months.

Coccaglio (BS)

Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.

The cellar is built into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.

The grapes mostly cultivated in a natural way are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, in addition to Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangivoese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.

The sparkling wines of Arcari and Danesi are characterised by their great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
