🛁 Botticino is a historic Brescian appellation now practically forgotten given the only 30 hectares of vines left. It is made from calcareous and arid soil typical of Caionvico, the easternmost hamlet of Brescia, below Monte Maddalena.

Coccaglio (BS)
Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier.
The cellar is built into the rock of the southern slope of Montorfano, a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory.
The most naturally cultivated grapes are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, to which are added Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangiovese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project.
The sparkling wines of Arcari and Danesi are characterised by their great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
