Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, matures for 16 months in 600 liter foudres and demi-muids. Then bottle for at least 6 months.

We are located in the south-west of France, bordered to the north by the Bordeaux vineyards and to the south by the Pyrenees. Domaine Arretxea is a historic winery that produces wine using the area’s native vines, many of which are absolutely unique. The winery extends over 8.5 hectares of vineyards, grown biodynamically for many years now.
The owners are Michel and Thérèse Riouspeyrous, lovers of the territory, tradition and the environment.
