Ianghe 2019Malvasia del Vulture 85%, Moscato di Rapolla 15% - Two Bottles

Produced from 15-year-old vines on medium-textured siliceous soil. The traditional Vulture grapes, Malvasia del Vulture and Moscato di Rapolla, are vinified separately to preserve the varietal characteristics and fermented spontaneously in cement with native yeasts. The nose is ample and perfumed, with white flowers such as broom and jasmine, then fresh fruit, followed by aromatic and fragrant scents, and finally salty puffs. Great balance between acidity and softness, the taste is enveloping, the finish long.

Aglianico del Vulture Russe 2019

It comes from medium-textured siliceous soil and a 2-hectare vineyard with 20-year-old vines. Autochthonous yeasts, fermented and aged in cement tanks. Fruit salad of red fruits and dark pearl flowers, underbrush and iodine returns. The taste is full and soft, as is the tannin. Fresh and savoury, persistent on the finish.

Ancestral 2019, Aglianico

From grapes located on an ancient lava flow of the volcano in the Rapolla area, produced with indigenous yeasts, the wine begins fermentation spontaneously in cement and ends it in the bottle, without additions. Violet and raspberry, strawberries and wild herbs, mineral notes. Lively and easy-drinking, fresh and thirst-quenching.

Franco 2014, Aglianico

It comes from a vineyard of 1.9 hectares with vines up to 35 years old on sandy and clayey soil. It ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in cement vats, in contact with the skins for 7 days. It is then refined in 4th/5th passage wood. Rose and Violet, Red Fruits, undergrowth, Green Coffee and Cocoa, iodine puffs and very light Black Pepper. It comes from 15-year-old vines planted on clay soil. The Aglianico is vinified in white, fermented and aged in cement tanks. Violet and lavender, wild strawberries and raspberries, aromatic herbs and mineral notes. Crisp and taut, very fresh and sapid.
