Attention Chenin Mechant is a white wine produced by Clos des Treilles in Anjou, in the Loire, and obtained from pure Chenin Blanc grapes harvested manually. After soft pressing, it ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in non-first passage barriques, ages for 3 months in steel and finally rests for another 3 months in the bottle.
