🛁 The grapes come from a north-facing vineyard on clay and limestone soil at 250 m above sea level. Harvested the first week of September, they ferment spontaneously and very slowly (until the beginning of February) after a night in the cold and then stay 12 months in cement. No clarification or filtration.
👃🏻 Notes of Citrus and White Flowers, Hazelnuts and Pine Nuts
👅 Fresh, juicy, savoury taste with perfectly integrated alcohol
👍🏻 Serving temperature 10°-12°.
💕 It goes wonderfully with canapés and also with delicate fish such as sea bream.
😍 This is an indigenous vine from Monferrato which has been practically forgotten but which, in our opinion, is also reminiscent in some ways of Riesling. Surprising!
