The Barbaresco Costa Russi by Gaja is a prestigious wine produced in the municipality of Barbaresco, deriving from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the “Costa Russi” vineyard. After fermentation in steel vats, the wine ages for 12 months in barrique and another 12 in large barrels. It has a garnet red color and orange reflections, offering the nose notes of violets, medicinal herbs, currants, plums and hints of mint chocolate. On the palate Barbaresco Costa Russi is robust and complex, with a mineral structure, persistent tannins and great flavor.

Barbaresco, Langhe
The **Gaja** winery is a world-famous name, a symbol of the wine excellence of the Langhe. Founded in 1859 in Barbaresco, it achieved success thanks to **Angelo Gaja**, who focused on the quality of Piedmontese wines through meticulous management of the vineyards and lowering yields to intensify aromas and flavors. Gaja has introduced innovations in winemaking, combining traditional and modern techniques, such as the use of barriques alongside large barrels.
