Red wine

From old vines, maceration for about 30 days on the skins, fermented in steel and matured for 28 months in large barrels. Bottled without clarification or filtration.

Squeeze of red fruits on the nose, violet and lavender, then black pepper, cinnamon and notes of dark chocolate.

Fresh, elegant, rich and mineral on the palate. Long and Persistent.

Serving temperature 18°-20°

of the white earth and the minerality of the soil, I try to make light wines. I like wines that are easy to drink, not banal,
