The Barolo Sperss by Gaja is a high-class Piedmontese red wine, produced in Serralunga, with Nebbiolo grapes that come from its best crus. The harvest is manual, maceration for 20 days then refinement for 12 months in barriques, and another 12 in tonneaux. Finally a year before being put on the market. Barolo Sperss has an uncommon elegance in the mouth, of great class and persistence, on the nose it is complex and intense, with hints of leather and sweet spices, memories of earth and humus and balsamic notes. Barbaresco, Langhe
