Vitrolles en Luberon, Provence
Family-run winery that has been handed down for generations and in 2012 Romain Zordan took the reins, and in 2018 Alexandre Jakovljevitch joined him. The company is in Provence but part of the vineyards, those that interest us, are located between Fleurie and Villié Morgon, certified organic since 2012.
The vines are over 60 years old, practically all Gamay, a vine with which Romain seems to master really well: pure, generous and expressive, with very little total sulfur
