Trebbiano Spoletino is a native grape that finds its best expression on soils where clay alternates with marly and arenaceous formations. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 50 hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and matures on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottled without filtration, it ages in the bottle for several months. Structure, pulp, acidity and flavor integrate perfectly with each other.

Torre del Colle (Umbria)

Tenuta Bellafonte is located near Bevagna, in the uncontaminated heart of Umbria, near the village of Torre del Colle. The vineyards are located at a height varying between 260 and 320 meters above sea level. and are built on rocky terrain in which clay alternates with marly and arenaceous formations. Incredible to think that 2008 is only the first year of production of this beautiful Umbrian reality.
