Montefalco Bianco Sperella 2019Trebbiano Spoletino
The first-pressing must of the grapes from the company's youngest vineyard is fermented at a controlled temperature using only indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for at least 5 months on the fine lees before being bottled. Fresh, sapid and smooth.
Montefalco Rosso Pomontino 2018Sangiovese
A truly convincing Rosso di Montefalco: made from only indigenous vines vinified whole berry with indigenous yeasts, it has a very different profile from Montefalco Sagrantino. A Sangiovese rich in nuances, characterized by silky tannins and vivid freshness that give it a streamlined drinking experience. The Sagrantino adds complexity and structure. One year in large Slavonian oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle, unfiltered.
Sagrantino di Montefalco Collenottolo 2013
From vineyards planted on land where clay alternates with marly and sandy formations. The grapes are only destemmed and then placed in wooden vats where they ferment in contact with the skins for about 20 days. The wine is aged in large barrels of at least 30 hectoliters for 36 months. Elegant and austere, no room left for sweet and vanilla notes. The taste is balanced with tannins that seem to be Piedmontese.
Trebbiano Spoletino Arneto 2017
From an indigenous grape that finds its best expression on soils where clay alternates with marly and arenaceous formations. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 50 hectolitre Slavonian oak casks and matures on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottled without filtration, it matures in the bottle for several months. Structure, pulp, acidity and flavour integrate with each other to perfection.

Torre del Colle, (Umbria)
Tenuta Bellafonte is located near Bevagna, in the uncontaminated heart of Umbria, near the village of Torre del Colle. The vineyards are located at an altitude varying between 260 and 320 meters above sea level and are built on rocky soils in which clay alternates with marly and arenaceous formations. Incredible to think that 2008 is only the first year of production of this beautiful Umbrian reality.
