Pure Nocera from vineyards at 250/300 meters above sea level. on medium-textured soils characterized by layers of clay and calcareous tuff. Harvest of the grapes between the first and second ten days of October then maceration on the skins for 4 weeks. Only cement for 10 months then a year of aging in the bottle.

Violet and pink, red fruits, undergrowth and Mediterranean scrub with iodized returns

Elegant and slim, full and delicious, the finish is persistent

Faro is a micro-denomination with just 25 hectares and only 5 producers.

Giovanni Scarfone di Bonavita is one of them, a young micro-viticulturist born in 1980, first harvest in 2006, and in this area he owns 7 hectares of which only 2.30 are under vines, the rest are destined for olive groves and woods.
