Boomerang 2022 Les Bottes Rouges

Cotes du Jura Boomerang is a red wine produced by Domaine des Bottes Rouges in Arbois in the Jura, and obtained from manually harvested Trousseau and Ploussard grapes. The fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts and the refinement takes place in large non-first passage barrels for 9 months, finally at least 3 months in the bottle. Cotes du Jura Boomerang is a fresh and light wine, velvety and savory, on the nose there are hints of red fruits and flowers, and mineral and balsamic notes, perfect for a barbecue with friends
