A family of Champagne producers for 4 generations, Jerome is now at the helm and has turned decisively towards biodynamic viticulture. Jerome is curious and maniacal and annually prepares micro winemaking with the aim of understanding even more deeply the characteristics of his plots.
The company is located in the extreme west of the Marne Valley, 70 km from Paris, precisely in Crouttes Sur Marne and its surrounding communes.
Bourgeois Diaz consists of 7 hectares of vines, 3.5 of which are Pinot Meunier, 2 of Pinot Noir and 1.5 of Chardonnay, plus a small plot of Pinot Blanc.
Jerome's bubbles denote superior elegance and crystalline purity.
