Burja Reddo is a red wine produced by Burja in Podnanos, in the Vipava Valley and obtained from Schioppettino, Blaufränkisch, Refosco grapes harvested manually and coming from a soil located at about 200 meters above sea level and rich in marl, sandstones and shale. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in steel, subsequent refinement in large barrels for two years. Reddo is a fruity and spicy red wine on the nose, fresh and full-bodied in the mouth, with docile tannins and a savory finish. Suggested in combination with roast!

From a vineyard between 150 and 250 meters above sea level on marl, shale and sandstone. It ferments in steel and then refines in 10 to 15 hl barrels for two years.
Peppy and with lots of red fruit, undergrowth, pure expressions of the 3 vines from which it is produced

The Lavrencic family has been producing wine since 1499, and now it is up to Primoz, the latest generation to carry on the family tradition. He does it in a way that he defines as modern and traditional, concepts that for him coincide.
Burja climbs between wind and rock, and sets some production rules that cannot be derogated from:
