🛁 The grapes come from the Cupramontana area, the highest castle in Jesi. After the pressing, the must macerates on the skins for about 4 days, followed by spontaneous fermentation and refinement in steel and wood for at least 9 months.
👃🏻 Lots of violets and small red fruits on the nose, mineral and with hints of cocoa
👅Full and generous, round but fresh and very drinkable, the tannins are just right, the finish long

Cà Liptra is the story of four partners who met for the first time in 2008 and who created the synergy that led to the foundation of the company in 2012.
Hills, olive groves and vineyards covering a total of 5 hectares characterise the landscape around the winery, but not only. A desire to innovate while respecting tradition, this is Ca' Liptra.
The vineyards are located in Cupramontana, which is one of the highest Castles in the whole Jesi area, and is considered the home of Verdicchio. Not a bad business card.
