Verdicchio consists of the acid base of this Pet Nat, it is harvested at different times, in advance, compared to the two red berries, which in turn are then placed in tanks saturated with CO2 for a carbonic maceration of 15 days; After pressing, Sangiovese and Pinot Noir are added at the end of their fermentation (at around 8g/l) to Verdicchio for refermentation in the bottle

The vineyards are located in Cupramontana which is one of the highest castles in the entire Jesi area, and is considered the homeland of Verdicchio. Not bad as a business card.
