🛁 Verdicchio is the acid base of this Pet Nat, it is harvested at different times, earlier than the two red berries, which in turn are then placed in tanks saturated with CO2 for a 15-day carbonic maceration; Sangiovese and Pinot Noir after pressing are added at the end of their fermentation (at around 8g/l) to the Verdicchio for re-fermentation in the bottle

Cà Liptra is the story of four partners who met for the first time in 2008 and who created the synergy that led to the foundation of the company in 2012.
Hills, olive groves and vineyards covering a total of 5 hectares characterise the landscape around the winery, but not only. A desire to innovate while respecting tradition, this is Ca' Liptra.
The vineyards are located in Cupramontana, which is one of the highest Castles in the whole Jesi area, and is considered the home of Verdicchio. Not a bad business card.
