🛁 The grapes come from the typical Gallura, sandy, rocky and granitic terrain; they are harvested manually, decanted for 48 hours in steel with soft pressing; in steel it matures 6 months, then at least 3 in the bottle

👃🏻 White flowers, especially jasmine, with citrus and fresh fruit notes, mineral, briny and herbaceous

👅 Fresh and savoury, full but slender, soft and generous

👍🏻 Serving temperature 10°-12°.

Campianatu is passion for wine and respect for the oldest traditions, it is the search for authentic elements and the ambition to represent the territory. These are the assumptions with which the Orecchioni family of Arzachena brought Tenuta Campianatu into being. Producing Vermentino for them is like returning to their origins.

Campianatu represents a journey back in time, when, as children, the village children filled baskets with grapes and joyfully participated with their families in the ritual of the grape harvest.

This excellent Vermentino originates near the Gulf of Cannigione, where on the western side stands an imposing granite massif that protects against the Mistral. To the east it borders the mouth of Rio San Giovanni and the Padula Saloni Reserve. And it is here that the estate's vineyards live.

The Campianatu vineyard is named after the valley of the same name, and covers 5 hectares.

The soil is very heterogeneous, alternating between typical, very thin, skeleton-rich granite breakdowns and portions of deeper, cooler alluvial soils. Other areas of the vineyard are characterised by soils richer in clay and others by soils darkened by the presence of ancient organic substance.

Such a diversity, although requiring very complex and articulated care, guarantees a great variety of grapes, with different aromatic characteristics, that ripen at different times
