Particle 928 is the company’s Cru, replanted in 2001 and with a density of 2800 vines per hectare. Since 2009 the grapes have been vinified alone for the first time to create this incredible bottle. It ferments spontaneously and ages on the lees for 7 months, then 4 months in the bottle

The Sarno family has been working this land for over a century, initially employed by the Baron, who however resided in Naples, then as owners since the 1990s.
The company is set within a magnificent terroir: perfect exposure, influences from the surrounding mountains, Terminio and Partenio and a volcanic soil rich in minerals.
Now the winery is run by Luigi Sarno, who won the prestigious Giulio Gambelli award in 2018.
He is considered a Fianologist, in fact he produces, in an absolutely artisanal way, only this variety with two labels on the market.
