🛁 Particella 928 is the estate's Cru, replanted in 2001 and with a density of 2800 vines per hectare. Since 2009, the grapes have been vinified for the first time on their own to create this incredible bottle. It ferments spontaneously and matures on the lees for 7 months, then 4 months in the bottle

The Sarno family has been working this land for more than a century, first as employees of the Baron, who, however, lived in Naples, then since the 1990s as owners.
The company is set within a magnificent terroir: perfect exposure, influences of the surrounding mountains, Terminio and Partenio, and a volcanic soil rich in minerals.
Now the winery is run by Luigi Sarno, who won the prestigious Giulio Gambelli award in 2018.
He is considered a Phanologist, in fact he produces, in an absolutely artisanal way, only this variety with two labels on the market.
