🛁 The grapes come from the Valle de Canales, manual selection and whole cluster crushing, with 20 days' maceration and slow, spontaneous fermentation, one and a half years' ageing in barriques followed by a further 8 months in the bottle without filtering or clarification
👃🏻 Cherry and raspberry, rose and herbs such as sage and rosemary, mineral with spicy and balsamic returns
👅 Fresh and savoury, dynamic and with bright tannins, the finish is long

In Neoneli, every sip of wine is our father and our son, the mother marks it as the beginning. It is stone, thunder, needles
thin from the freezing rain. It is sunshine amidst the clouds. And it is bet, desired and accepted years ago by investing
in culture, so that our country and our countryside would be fertile: to save our identity, our traditions, our
strength and with this strength open up to the world. It is not just a matter of endurance, of perseverance: it is true
stubbornness, it is going beyond reason. It is a debt to our people, who have been able to maintain for centuries
the quality of these vineyards.
A debt is not measured by money or sweat. It is a heritage that is difficult to live with, but impossible to leave.
Years ago we made a bet. It is called Cantine di Neoneli. A simple and challenging name, which
expresses the territory and its community in no uncertain terms. In bureaucratic jargon, it is a Simple Agricultural Society.
For us it is love, passion, hard work and pride. They are our old, precious tree stumps. Today we work
an area planted with vines of over 6 hectares, divided over approximately 20 vineyards, some owned by the respective
families, and the others rented out mainly by elderly people who can no longer care for them. They would go
lost, their history forgotten forever.
