Barolo Bric delle Viole 2014, Nebbiolo 100%

Vinified in truncated conical oak vats with the traditional splitting of the cap. On the skins for 35/40 days. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels. Violet, leather and herbs open to an elegantly structured palate. Savory, mineral, surprising.

Barolo Cascina Bric 2015, Nebbiolo 100%

Grapes from the Colle Sud Ovest vineyard and the Punta Marcello vineyard. Semi-submerged cap maceration for 18-30 days. Traditional aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 3-3.5 years. A powerful and elegant Barolo, complex and fragrant, to be drunk young or to be waited for many years given its great capacity for ageing. To be paired with red meats in general, grilled fish and white meats, hard or aged cheeses, chocolate.

Langhe Rosso Ansì 2019, Nebbiolo 60%, Barbera 40%

For the Nebbiolo, first steel and then cement, while for the Barbera, wood before being assembled. The stage is that of a romantic comedy: nobility and elegance of the Nebbiolo, exuberance in the shapes and colours of the Barbera. A rogue full of energy and strength, who becomes a gentleman in adulthood.

Langhe Arneis Ansi 2020Arneis 100%

Destemming followed by soft pressing of the grapes using a pneumatic press. Cold decanting and fermentation of the must at a temperature of 16/18 degrees for 15/20 days. This is followed by a period of about six months on the lees with batonnage. Fresh yellow fruit on the nose, smooth drinking supported by a nice salty streak.

Mesdi RedNebbiolo 100%

From vineyards on clay and limestone with south-east and south-west exposure located between Guarene and Barolo, a daily wine for a disengaged meal (Mesdì is the midday). Harvesting at full maturity around the beginning of October allows for a long maturation, ranging from 20 to 40 days, with subsequent ageing between wood and steel. Medium-bodied, gentle tannins, nice mix of fresh fruit and spices. Perfect with a pasta dish with meat sauce or a cheese board.

Nebbiolo d'Alba Origo-Ginis Brut Rosè Cuvèe 970 2018Nebbiolo 100%

Cuvée 970 has its roots in the first specifications for Nebbiolo Spumante, dated 1970. A sort of return to the origins, hence the Latin name, Origo-Ginis. Produced by refermentation
The wine is aged on the lees for 12 to 18 months. Delicate, antique pink in colour, it has a fine, persistent perlage and floral aromas reminiscent of dog rose and peach blossom. The taste is fresh and soft, but at the same time shows considerable complexity. The easy drinkability and verve of Nebbiolo make it decidedly original in the panorama of bubbles. An ideal wine for aperitifs, it goes well with fish dishes but is also perfect for accompanying the whole meal, especially in summer.

Barolo (CN)

Casina Bric, which in Piedmontese dialect means "Cascina Bricco"is a reality of the Langhe located in Vergne, a hamlet of Barolo, where the winery is located at the highest altitude in the area, 460 meters above sea level

Gianluca Viberti, sensitive and passionate winemaker and oenologist, founded Casina Bric in 2010He gave life to a project that has always been close to his heart: to create a place that respects nature in every aspect, affecting it as little as possible. For us this is the basic requirement.

The result is a conscious reality, attentive to tradition, in which Gianluca has reintroduced ancient customs and methods, such as the use of cement barrels for the vinification of Nebbiolo. He also makes ample use of long macerations, even prolonged, to make the wine. up to 40 daysand to a traditional practice called "splitting of marc"which consists in completely immersing the cap of the marc in the wine through wooden staves from the dismantling of used barrels.
