Chardonnay is probably the most used grape variety in the world thanks to its productive vigor and ability to adapt to practically any climate or territory.

Originally from Burgundy, where it is sublimated into Chablis, it is found throughout Europe and in large quantities also in the USA and the New World.

However, the skin is thin and this exposes it to rot while the earliness of ripening exposes it to the risk of frost; you have to seize the perfect moment to be able to harvest it but if it happens it gives great class and varied products, given that it is very suitable for both the vinification of still wines and sparkling wines of exceptional caliber.

It gives average wines with a typical nose of exotic fruit and white flowers, delicate in the mouth but persistent, prefers barrel.
