👅 On the palate it is fresh, with firm tannins balanced by excellent body and incredible elegance. Long on the finish

The Ciolli family has been producing wine for five generations, in Olevano Romano, a few kilometres east of Rome, in a hilly area with volcanic soil.
Ciolli has the merit of having brought a talented but sometimes unexpressed variety, Cesanese, to truly high levels of quality, through a natural and scarcely interventionist approach in the vineyard as well as in the cellar.
