The grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts in steel containers where they refine for a further four months in contact with the fine lees

Red wild flowers and berries such as raspberry and red currant, mineral with hints of pink pepper

Delicate and soft, fresh and pleasant, the tannin is docile and has a pleasant finish
