Sparkling white is a sparkling white wine from Azienda Agricola Cirelli in Atri, Abruzzo, obtained from manually harvested Trebbiano grapes. First they ferment in steel, then the must is frozen. At spring temperatures it is added to the base wine in order to induce a second fermentation, this time in an autoclave, and finally three months in the bottle. Frizzante bianco is a fresh and light wine, tense and agile, the nose is floral and fruity, mineral. Perfect in combination with an assiette of cheeses

The grapes are harvested before full phenolic maturation and are pressed in whole bunches. The first fermentation takes place in steel, and a small part of the must is set aside frozen. It is subsequently added to the mass which had carried out the first fermentation in order to obtain a second refermentation, this time in an autoclave. After 3 months it is bottled.

White flowers and fragrant notes, fresh fruit and lots of minerality

The sip is fresh and light, tense and agile
